Very simple but very nice.
Batch size: 5 Gal.
IBU's =38.4
Alcohol by Volume 5.09

6 lb. Liquid Amber Extract.
1 lb. Light Brown Sugar.
1 oz. Chinook (10.8 AA%)60 min.
1/2 oz. Cascade (4.7 AA%) 15 min. Yeast: Danstar Nottingham

Primary Ferment: 10-14 days
No Secondary needed using this yeast.
Let carbonate for 14 days.

Original Specific Gravity = 1.051
Final Specific Gravity = 1.013
