Boxing Champ's Shorts to be Auctioned off for Charity

According to Angelo Dundee, Roman Greenberg "has the fastest hands for a heavyweight since Mohammed Ali." At the age of eighteen, Greenberg won the silver medal at the Junior World Championships in Budapest. He has won all of his twenty-five fights as a professional, including seventeen KOs. The twenty-four-year-old fighter is ranked 24 out of 1064 professional boxers and is currently the International Boxing Organization's heavyweight champion.

Know When to Ask For Help

Every person has his own way of dealing with things, some automatically seek help or advice while others like solving things on their own. Some may prefer to find their solutions in books while others prefer the trial and error process. This is all legitimate as different people by nature have different personalities. However there are some things in life where we must simply admit that we can’t handle it on our own and must seek professional advice.

Going Beyond Party Pickups

Although we are sure that you don’t leave any party alone (even if you entered it without a date), most people find that for a serious relationship there are other places to turn to.

50 Days Left Until London!

I’ve been planning a family trip to London for as long as I remember now. It just always seemed like we either had some reason why each year we would go someplace else and postponed our London plans but the same thing would repeat itself every year. I’m actually happy we hadn’t gone a few years ago like we planned since now our kids are finally at the age where they can appreciate the experience and enjoy it.

Shopping for Ideas

I used to get excited every time I discovered a new thing you can do online. Quite often I would find another type of product for sale online that I wasn’t previously aware of such as groceries and movie rental services and I would consider these changes interesting and cool. The truth is though, that I’ve kind of come to take it for granted that just about everything can be purchased online and even if I haven’t seen it before I can easily find it online. I now know that anything I am looking for can be found on sites such as Amazon, eBay and more.

But the real challenge still remains when I DON’T know exactly what I’m looking for. Whenever I have to shop for gifts I used to actually prefer shopping in a physical store since it was easier for me to find an idea. Online sites just didn’t provide this kind of idea providing experience and would only work for me if I knew exactly what I wanted.

Sticking to My Diet While on the Road

Well, summer is just around the corner and I am excited about the vacation. I’ve got a lot of touring planned this season. The only problem is I am never able to stick to my diet while traveling. That’s why I decided this year I am going to start calorie counting. I have signed up for a free calorie counter online which allows me to enter everything I eat. While entering food I eat on a daily basis is easier since the system already remembers my history, I plan on keeping on using the calorie counter while I travel. The fact that it’s online makes it a great solution since I can access it from anywhere.

It's Not Too Late

I read an article in the times this week about the rate in which our environment is worming up and how it will affect our future. In a nutshell, it’s not good. The bad news is that at this rate, there won’t be much left of our ozon layer left for our grandchildren by the time they are our age. The good news is that it’s not too late and the message is slowly sinking in to the public’s knowledge.

Those Big Little Boxes

We live in the digital age, no doubt about it. But that doesn’t mean and end to the good old letter posts, far from it. It turns out that even though so much of our correspondence goes via email, faxes, SMS and more, our nation’s postal volume has never been larger.

I came across a site specializing in residential and commercial mailboxes and I’ve got to tell you, I was amazed at how many different types of mailboxes exist! The site has literally hundreds of mailbox styles to choose from. It’s ironic, but this apparently trivial piece standing outside each of our homes can actually be the most customizable piece of décor in our house.

Besides functionality concerns for residential mailboxes such as choosing a mailbox for packages or just for letters, the huge amounts of styles are just amazing. I’m beginning to think that if we do one day go all-digital, we are actually going to miss these little boxes that have become such an integral part of our lives.

Online Wonders

I love the internet. I love finding information on the internet. I love meeting people on the internet and yes – I love shopping on the internet. That’s right, I’m not ashamed to admit it – I love shopping online. While shopping online became very popular and almost everyone knows that it is a quick and usually cost saving solution to going to a store, I don’t think people really appreciate the advantages of online shopping.

Most people go online simply to save money and usually head for the internet after they already know what they want and are just looking for a lower price. When people aren’t sure what exactly to get and they want to “shop around” they usually still do this at traditional stores.

Hawaii... Need I Say More?

Summer’s in the air and it’s time to start planning those great summer vacations. While you may not feel it now, this summer is going to be hot so you better find a nice relaxing place to cool off at. Personally I am finding Europe to be a big problem this year since the week U.S. dollar just doesn’t get you very far there any more. The whole trip becomes just too expensive.

National Association of Heavy Equipment Training Schools

Getting around in the job market today without special skills is not easy. While the jobs and expected pay grades can vary hugely with and without special training, many still avoid learning a trade due to the long time and investment most fields require.

An interesting option you may want to consider is going for a training course at NAHETS. The National Association of Heavy Equipment Training Schools provides courses for learning the field of operating heavy equipment in as little as three weeks.
