Time-Off!

More time for meditation? Perhaps, as India records the highest number of minimum vacation time legally prescribed at 60 days. Denmark has 6 weeks, 5 days of which can be exchanged for pay, or “sold” back to the employer and France lets their workers off for a minimum of 5 weeks a year, with 2 weeks of reduced working time. Germany only prescribes 4 weeks but because they have a high number of bank holidays (9-13), their prescribed vacation days are counted at 36 days. The lowest minimum vacation days prescribed by law are shared by Taiwan, Mexico and Singapore at seven days a year.

Amazing Offer

I just came across an offer on the internet that I really wanted to share with you. I’ll be honest, I didn’t really believe this deal at the beginning and thought it was just too good to be true. Only after I read and re-read the information several times and checked it out for myself did I decide that this is really what it is set out to be and that I should share it with my readers. Basically the offer is for anyone who owns a website or is in the process of setting one up the option of signing up for one year of hosting absolutely free.

If you currently host a site with any leading host you know that prices for yearly hosting normally range around $100-$250 per year depending on your package. Offering this kind of service for free is quite impressive and can save you a lot of money. But don’t think that just because it’s free, you are getting sub par service. Far from it! The fact is that the company that is offering the free web hosting is Easy CGI and if you have any experience with hosting you know they are a name in the industry. The free offer includes all the frills of a full service host including 24/7 phone support, auto installers for most common scripts, advanced analytics tools and a whole lot more.

Do You Exist?

They say that if you are not online today you simply don’t exist. Well, I beg to differ. Not that I don’t agree with the fact that you must maintain an online presence in order to be noticed today, I just think that it’s not enough simply to be online. I would correct the phrase to “if you’re not on Google you don’t exist”. The fact is that almost all internet traffic starts out with a keyword search on one of the top search engines.

If you want your website to be seen you have to make sure your site ranks high for your keywords on the major search engines. There are a number of great search engine optimization companies that can offer you professional seo services in order to get your website to the top of the list. A good company to consider is submitawebsite.com which utilizes a number of search engine optimization services including link building, press release marketing and onsite optimization for best results on all search engines.

Playing Mac Games

A friend recommended that I give Mac Games and More a shot. I'm not much of a computer games fan, but I must confess that I did have fun playing mac games. I'm not that crazy about mac solitaire, but there are so many different kinds of mac games at Mac Games and More, that one visit to www.macgamesandmore.com is not enough. Most people out there prefer PC games. I'll bet they're not aware of the adventurous spirit of mac games. Marketing should be more aggressive, but the website creators seem to know what they're doing, so I suppose they do promote themselves in one way or another.

Football's in the Air

With the upcoming football season, many are beginning to plan their fantasy football teams. If you are really serious about fantasy football and want a real high stakes league you should definitely check out the American Fantasy Football League. They are the most serious fantasy football league out there with the highest stakes and largest cash prizes compared to any other league out there. Be sure to check them out before the season starts!

Shop till you drop!

I just love sales. People always tell me that I shouldn’t buy something just because it’s on sale but sometimes I just can’t help myself. Have you seen all the great back to school deals offered now? It’s kind of funny but if you time it right you really don’t have to ever buy anything when it’s not on sale. After all, there’s the back to school sales now and in a few short months we will Halloween sales, pre holiday sales, Thanksgiving sales, Christmas sales etc. etc.

But there is a way to save a lot of money on your purchases year-round even when there is no specific sale at the moment. But for this you must have the right coupon codes. You can find all types of codes at couponchief.com. You can save quite a lot with these codes too. I just used a Best Buy coupon code for $20 off a camera which was on sale too so I got a double discount. The site has coupons for hundreds of sites including leading merchants such as gap.com coupon codes, overstock.com coupon codes and more.

The Perfect Vacation

There’s nothing more relaxing than a short (or long) getaway in Hawaii. It’s just so much different from any other type of vacation I’m used to. Maybe that’s because every other vacation I take isn’t really a vacation. I mean it is, but it’s more touring and sightseeing than just relaxing and (um) vacationing…

But that’s what’s so great about Hawaii. It’s all about getting away from things and just doing nothing. You have no busy schedule and nothing to accomplish. It’s all about the here and the now. In most cases, you don’t even have to go far to reach the beach since you are already staying in one of the famous Hawaii beach front rental villas. You just flop out of bed and hit the sand.

But beware, not all vacation villas are the same and you should make sure to book a good one. A great resource on planning the perfect way to travel Hawaii in a relaxing atmosphere is available at hawaiianbeachrentals.com. You simply can’t go wrong by booking through hawaiianbeachrentals.com. They offer a huge selection of villas to choose from and their dedicated staff goes out of their way to make sure you have the perfect vacation.

Roman Greenberg to Fight Damon Reed

It is not uncommon for companies to ride on the wave of successful sports players and contenders and most large corporations are just too eager to sponsor winning athletes. But one thing that can definitely be said in favor of BackgammonMasters.com is that they took on Roman Greenberg and sponsored him from day one. Looking back at his career, not only have BackgammonMasters.com made a smart move and recognized a winner from infancy but it is also safe to assume that now undefeated heavyweight boxer Roman Greenberg owes a lot of his success to Backgammon Masters and to their support throughout his career.

Roman Greenberg is currently scheduled to battle Damon Reed at the South Town Exhibition Center in Sandy, Salt Lake City, Utah, USA on August 18 and as they have been throughout his career, Backgammon Masters are backing him up and sponsoring his game. BackgammonMasters.com, a major player in the online gaming industry have made a name for themselves thanks to their award wining online version of backgammon. The company introduced revolutionary 3-D graphics to their games and offers their players the option of contesting against other players from around the world for fun and for money. One of the greatest features that their software provides is the option of playing multiple games in addition to backgammon using the same program and with only one download. You can find more information about Backgammon Masters on their site at BackgammonMasters.com.

Got a Toolbox?

When was the last time you actually checked if your car had a fully functional toolbox? If you do get into car trouble, you can draw confidence from a well stocked toolbox. So here is what your toolbox might need.

Basic tools. Since automotive toolboxes are usually small, just put in basic tools such as screwdrivers, standard wrenches, something to cut with, and something to wrap or stick with. In most emergencies all you need to do is come up with a short-term quick fix, so make sure you have the bare essentials to do just that.

Cleaning rags. Use these so you can minimize the grime that gets on your hands. Thick workman's gloves may also do the trick.

Emergency medical supplies. Although best if you keep these in a cleaner portion of the car, emergency supplies such as band aids and gauze may actually be useful if you accidentally cut yourself while in the process of repairing the car.

Nice Touch to a MySpace Page

You know those cool MySpace quizzes that some people have? They really add a nice touch to any MySpace page, especially for people who update them and change them every so often making it more fun to return and see what’s new. They are very simple to install and you can fine a ton of them at quibblo.com. The site even allows you to create your own quiz or survey which you can then embed in MySpace just like the ready made ones.

Domains and Hosting

What is a domain name? Imagine having to go to a specific web site. What is the first piece of information that you need? Isn’t it the “name” of the web site? This is what is technically termed the domain name – the unique appellation given to a web site. When choosing a web hosting solution for your purposes, the process should always consider the choosing of a domain name as well.

When choosing a domain name, there are only a few basic rules to remember. They are not even really hard and fast rules but are merely guides to make your domain name work for you. First of all, make sure that your domain name is simple and easy to type. This way, people can easily visit your web site. Another thing to remember would be to make your domain name representative of what your web site is all about. We will look more into how to choose a good domain name in another post.

The other side to any website is the host or server it resides on. There are various types of hosting options available to website owners and the price will depend on the level of service you require. Most website will be able to manage fine with a shared hosing plane which means that their site is hosted on the same server along with many other sites. This typically is the cheapest option as the cost of the server is spread among many sites however the drawback of a shared hosting plan is the fact that you are relatively limited in the control you have on the server. A more expensive option is going with a dedicated server which gives you complete control over every aspect of the server and is typically more suitable for larger sites.

Another thing to consider is the level of support your host provides. You can fine very useful web hosting reviews at www.webhostinginformation.net including aspects such as server uptime, support and customer service. Not all hosts are the same and it is important to do your homework before signing up for a hosting plan.

Where do YOU draw the line?

Are you happy with your body? There is a lot of controversy over cosmetic surgery lately. Even though cosmetic surgery procedures are becoming more and more common there are still people who claim that it is derogatory and that it is one of the ails of our western culture. However this is probably just a matter of how you perceive it. After all, we all make changes to our body, be it with a hair cut or orthodontic procedure just to be prettier. Who’s to say where it is right to draw the line? What are your thoughts on the matter? Shoot us an email and let us know.

Hooked on Thoof

I’ve just been Thoof-hooked. Okay, don’t be scared. It’s not as bad as it sounds…. What I meant to say is that I’ve discovered the coolest personalized news the internet and I am simply hooked. I think I’ve spent hours browsing in and out of the site today and to tell you the truth I’m beginning to see some stars. I think I should get up from my desk a bit and take in some fresh air. But not until I tell you what Thoof.com is all about.

Similar to other news aggregator sites, Thoof also lists articles and blog posts from around the web organized by categories and tabs for easy navigation. But Thoof is not just another news aggregator. They have added some cool features that really make them stand out from the crowd. For one thing, if you aren’t a stranger to user submitted content sites you must know there is a lot of misleading information and links which can really ruin the user experience on a site. It is frustrating to follow a link only to discover that the article is not even about what was described. That’s why Thoof allows the community to make changes to the listing on the site and suggest corrections when necessary.

Another key element to Thoof is the Thoof Rank which is embedded as a badge on participating sites. The Thoof Rank basically ranks items by the interest they receive from readers in relation to the category they are in. This way the best articles get promoted and the junk gets buried so you don’t have to bother with it. You can also check out the score a site receives by looking at their badge which is constantly updated. In general a score of above 50% means the site is interesting above average wand less than 50% will be below average. Obviously the higher the score the better. I gotta go breath a bit. But you go ahead – get Thoofed!

Coping with Addictions

We have discussed various information on dealing with drug addictions as well as featured some of the country’s prominent drug treatment centers here at Brew This over the past few months. This is a topic we feel is important to raise and increase awareness to since in many cases people’s lives can depend on it. And with drug addiction, it’s not just the person suffering from a drug addiction that suffers but often a heavy toll is put on his surroundings and his loved ones.

Properly coping with the difficult situation of drug rehab is mainly about support but also requires having the right information. Obviously this is not something we encounter every day and hopefully most of us will never have to go through it but if it does fall on you, it helps to be prepared.

This is a concept projectknow.com fully understand and that’s why they created their comprehensive website providing their readers with as much drug addiction help and information they can. The right knowledge can really make a difference when dealing with an addiction and the site operators make sure to update the site with the most relevant information on all aspects of dealing with addictions.

Culture through Beer

I’m not much of a museum person and when I travel I either just like to take in the cities and kind of walk around. Otherwise I head out to beach resorts and just try to relax. But there is one city that I often visit and never miss going to my favorite museum. That’s because they actually have a beer museum. Yup, you heard me right. Amsterdam has one of the only beer museums in the world and I love the experience (wonder why…).

Other than that, Amsterdam is of course and beautiful city and you can just walk around or even rent a bike and enjoy this terrific city. They also have some of the finest hotels, you can find some great deals on a wide selection of Hotels in Amsterdam online at eurobookings.com.

Got What it Takes?

Do you think you have what it takes to win BigOven’s food photography contest? Well, first of all you have to be able to cook (or at least know someone who can do it for you). Besides giving you the chance to share your recipes with other users and add it to the 160,000 that already appear on the site, BigOven is also users to take pictures of their dishes for a chance to win $100.

Go Deluxe

If you don’t want to pay for a business class seat but can’t stand being cramped in the economy class, there are airlines that offer something in between. Some call it deluxe economy, other airlines would refer to it as premium economy.

No matter how it’s called, this class offers the passenger more room and amenities than economy but cheaper than business class. Virgin Airways offers Premium Economy tickets that will get you a separate check-in line from economy, larger seats and pre-flight champagne. EvaAir has the Evergreen Class (or Deluxe economy) with private video entertainment and more leg room than economy seats.

Retail is for suckers?

I remember one of Kramer’s signature phrases on Seinfeld. He promised George a 30% discount on glasses and claimed “retail is for suckers”. Well, I’m not so sure if retail is for suckers but it sure is nice to pay a bit less than the ticket price.

If you shop online you should know there is an easy way to do this. All you have to do is look up your merchant at webbyplanet.com and find the appropriate Coupon. You will be surprised at just how much you can save.

Change Your Ride

One of the most understated automotive problems today is how to improve the overall ride of your car. It is understated because not too many people realize that the ride is mainly a responsibility of the suspension system and not the engine. Suspension systems are usually designed to provide either a soft ride or a harder ride. Shock absorbers are either air/gas-filled(pneumatic) or fluid-filled (hydraulic).

Shock absorbers usually are set up to work in tandem with suspension springs as well as other damping devices. By replacing your suspension system with something more in tune with your idea of a comfortable ride, you can actually improve the comfort zone of your car without spending too much.

Almost at my Snowboarding Goal

I’m quite proud of myself. You see, last year I took up snowboarding and spent 7 days in Italy having the time of my life. But the trip wasn’t cheap and I had to take out a loan to pay for it. Now I know this isn’t the type of thing that you normally borrow money for but I set a deadline for myself that I would pay off the loan by the end of the year. And guess what – not only have I paid off the loan but I already saved up half the money for next year’s trip (It’s only a few months away now).

The truth is that if you have a plan for paying it back there really is no reason not to take out a loan when you can use one. Also, banks are offering some great rates nowadays on homeowner loans. As a rule, if you can you should stick with secured loans since they are typically much cheaper than unsecured loans.

A Truly Amazing Place

I would like to tell you the story about an amazing place. This place is truly amazing because they prove it is possible for people to turn their life around and not only get over a drug addiction and regain their life back but also use their experience to help others do the same.

The people at the Stone Hawk drug rehabilitation center know just what it is to be a drug addict for the simple reason that they went through it too. But they managed to get over it and therefore made it their job to make sure that the patients entering their door get the same dedicated treatment they did on their way to recovery.

Unique way to Give

Thankfully there is no shortage of opportunities to help others and anyone who is willing to give from himself for the benefit of his fellow man can easily find a platform for it. But I’ve come across a truly original organization who have developed a most unique method of helping others while showing some very impressive results. The organization named Car Angel offers people living in the Los Angeles area to Donate Your Car In Los Angeles. The organization then goes about selling the cars and using the proceeds for various charitable causes.

The organization channels the money from the car sales for helping orphans and at risk youth. Car Angel also uses the proceeds from the Los Angeles Car Donations to produce Free DVDs for Kids offering an educational experience for children. There are many reasons why someone would want to donate his car and in many cases there can be benefits to donating a car over making a cash donation. Car Angel provides their donors with the proper tax forms for getting a tax reduction with the full price the car received in the sale as the donation sum.

Just Look to Japan

When ever you want to know what’s going to be the next big thing in theUnited States, all you have to do is check out what’s the latest in Japan because sooner or later it will come to the U.S. Wired magazine actually has a permanent column called Japanese school girl watch trying to find the next trend by studying what Japanese girls are doing.

Well, I guess anime was big in Japan a few years ago (and maybe still today) since it has never been bigger in the U.S.

A cool site that allows anime fans dress up their favorite characters is available at cartoondollemporium.com. The site offers sort of a virtual paper doll game for anime cartoon characters including Naruto and Sailor moon.

A World full of Angels

You know, every time I loose faith in this world I discover good people and realize this isn’t such a bad place after all. I would like to tell you about some very good people who have created an amazing program. Let me introduce you to Boat Angel.

The great people of Boat Angel have created a very unusual charity organization that instead of raising money through direct cash donations have decided to accept boat donations from people who are willing to part with their boat for charity. Boat Angel then go about selling the boat and using the proceeds for various charities they support or allow the original boat owner to choose a charity of his own that he is interested in the money going to.

While it is not every day that someone wakes up and says “Maybe I’ll donate my boat today” but Boat Angel actually makes the process make sense. For one thing it is very easy as they take care of everything from picking the boat up, fixing it up if necessary and handling putting the boat on the market as well as completing the transaction. Donors are also entitled to a tax deduction for the actual price their boat brought in (even in cases where Boat Angel have fixed up the boat at their own expense).

Addiction Treatment

Finding the right addiction treatment can be crucial for a true recovery from a drug addiction and often getting the wrong treatment can have devastating effects. We all want the best for our loved ones but don’t always know where to turn to at a critical time like this. Thankfully 4rehabilitation.com has created an online resource helping people find the best treatment for their loved ones.

How to Avoid “Fake” Tour Operators

They’re shady, they’re out not only to steal your money or cheat you but cause you untold inconvenience and problems as well when all you want is a nice hassle-free vacation. Before you sign on the dotted line, it pays to ensure that your tour operator is reliable and trustworthy. Check for their business permits and registration.

All travel agencies and tour operators must be registered with the proper government licenses. If your tour operator has an online presence, browse through the testimonials and references. You can also find this in the travel portals – nothing would be better than actual experiences of real customers.

Echo Malibu

Earlier today we mentioned the importance of finding the right treatment for our loved ones having to dealing with a drug addiction. But while there are many solutions available to help deal with addictions, some cases require a special solution. In case of teen addictions there are a number of things to take into account including their emotional levels and the other teen issues they are going through. Thankfully Ech Malibu have created an all teen rehab center offering drug and other addiction treatments tailored specifically for teens.

Be an Angel

If you are about to purchase a new car and are considering your options when it comes to your old one, I may have an original solution for you which you probably haven’t thought of. Rather than going through the trouble of selling your car, would you consider donating it? Obviously, if you need the money and are counting on the proceeds from your old car for a specific purpose, this is probably not the best time for you to donate. But what if you simply need to get rid of your car and don’t mind doing something good with the money it brings in. In this case you can become a Car Angel.

And by choosing to become a Car Angel you are not only helping others and doing a great thing, but you will also find it is easier than selling the car yourself. The reason for this is the great service provided by carangel.com. They accept Car Donations nationwide and handle all the aspects of selling the cars and using the proceeds for various charities they support. These include causes helping single mothers, orphans, homeless, teen and adult rehab, as well as prison reform. They can even have the car picked up from your locations and will provide you with the proper IRS tax deduction forms.

Just One Flaw?

Have you heard of Thoof yet? It’s one of the big names on the internet now and is considered the next big thing in the web 2.0 and user submitted content world. The site takes personalized news to the next level by offering users a one stop shop for their news and information on the topics they like from around the web. Instead of having to go through a ton of articles on general news sites only to find the ones you are interested, Thoof brings the best of the web and offers it by categories all in one place.

They also pioneered a new system for measuring the interest users find in various websites. You can see this score displayed on various sites who add the Thoof badge. A score of above 50% means that the articles from that site get an above average interest from readers of the categories that the articles are tagged in.

The site and service is really cool but there’s a lot of speculation around the web as to where their name came from. No doubt it is a unique one… I have my own theory to share to the pool of (pretty weird and dumb) ideas. I think the creators of Thoof figured they have such a great and perfect service but they discovered that their product has only one flaw and vowed never to let anyone know what it is. They therefore called it “This Has Only One Flaw”. Okay, so maybe that’s not the reason but as long as I don’t hear any better theory I guess it’s as good as any…

The Real Travel

I remember up until a few years ago, every time we would plan a summer trip we would head to the local bookstore a few weeks before and pick up a local travel guide. We would then spend the next few days with sitting around our dining room table planning our itinerary and researching things to do and places to stay. This has all changed since we started using the internet.

….or has it? Well, the truth is most people put a little too much stock in the traditional online travel sites calling them a travel revolution when in most cases they are just digital versions of the same old travel books. That’s nice and useful, but not true innovation.

That is, of course up until the launch of realtravel.com. They are a real web 2.0 innovative travel site which incorporates user content for real unique travel planning. You can use their great online trip planner and find interesting things to do and places to see as submitted by other travelers. You can really find some original stuff that definitely won’t appear in your old paperback travel guide nor on other travel websites.

Surviving the Crisis

We have enjoyed a few pretty good years in terms of raising money and people had quite an easy time getting approved for cheap loans. But with the sub prime banking crisis it is becoming more and more difficult to get approved for personal loans.

Now, the sub prime crisis should raise a red flag to us as consumers too and should signal us to be more careful with what we apply for and not take out loans we won’t be able to pay back. But there are situations where loans are necessary and there are still ways to get approved even if you don’t have perfect credit. The best and often cheapest way to borrow money is usually through secured loans which use your house or car as collateral. There are other options too, but they should be used with great caution.

Postcards Just Don't Cut it Anymore

I remember the days when all you had to do to please your friends and family when traveling on vacation was to send them a postcard from the trip. In most cases it would arrive long after you came back and already spoke with them but the fact that you acknowledged them from your trip was enough. And there was something about those stupid little pieces of cardboard that got people excited.

But today with the internet and the relative ease of staying in touch suddenly people expect you to take advantage of the technology and they get insulted after a day or two without hearing from you. Apparently they don’t realize you are on a vacation…

But realtravel.com now offers a cool and easy way to keep all your friends up to date on your trip without having to write each one individually. They allow you to set up your own free travel blog which you can update throughout your trip. All you need to do is give your friends and family the URL of your personal travel blog and they can keep up with what you are doing and view the pictures you upload. The travel blog also acts as a nice memoir from your trip which can be looked back on in the future.

True Narconon at Narconon Vista Bay

Dealing with a drug addiction is never easy but thankfully today there are many options available for rehabilitation and patients need only choose from a long list of drug rehab centers. But while many centers have emerged over the past few years offering a range of treatment methods, only a few can claim the seniority and reputation of Narconon Vista Bay. With an over 76% success rate and their guarantee to readmit any patient (or student as they prefer to call them) suffering from a relapse within six months free of charge, Narconon Vista Bay provides one of the most professional rehabilitation processes based on the narconon program.

This narconon northern California rehabilitation center offers one of the largest and most comfortable atmospheres at their 30 acre campus. Based on their philosophy of rehabilitation, they don’t limit the treatment by time and encourage patients to stay as long as they want until they feel they are truly rehabilitated (the program costs a flat free so there is no charge for staying longer). True to the Narconon program, the Narconon Vista Bay drug rehab center uses saunas as a major part of their rehab process in order to get all traces of the drugs out of their patients systems.

Halloween - Dress for the Occasion

Halloween is still weeks away but you can already see stores filling up with costumes for all ages. I kind of like going around from store to store seeing what's new and finding cool costumes. But the truth is that besides the real professional costume stores who basically are stocked year round, most stores tend to stock the same things come Halloween. The selection is not great and if you stick with store-bought costumes, chances are you will find quite a few people with the same costume as you come Halloween. There's always the option of going to a costume store but they are usually much more expensive.

A better option is to head online. You can find a huge selection of costumes at halloween-store.com and at very reasonable prices. The trick is not to go with the most mainstream costume and try to find something more original. Their selection is large enough for you to find something both original and really cool.

A nice option is to dress up in groups based on a theme. For instance, rather than just dress up as say Harry Potter, you can get a bunch of friends and have each one dress up as a different Harry potter character. Halloween-store.com makes this easy since they don't just carry the mainstream stuff like other stores (which may only carry a costume of Harry Potter himself) and actually supply many individual Harry Potter character costumes such as Hagrid, Harmoine, Dumbeldore and even Dementors.

Cell Phone Future?

Internet connectivity is the apparent direction of cellular telephone technology. And although the inclination of the industry is towards 3G, it may appear that WiFi will hold a huge developmental potential.

First among a series of concerns for 3G is its current rated speed. Even at the fastest throughputs, 3G still pales when compared with the current speed of WiFi connections. Second, the infrastructure needed for 3G will require substantial expense for the service providers, which will have to be recouped though higher subscription and toll charges. WiFi on the other hand, uses current infrastructure and requires nominal expense to put up a small scale service; the trend has been towards subsidizing the costs in favor of increasing commercial traffic towards the WiFi hotspots.

Drug and Alcohol Rehab for Teens

As a site who takes pride in the fact that we list one of the largest databases of drinking games online we feel it our responsibility to encourage responsible drinking and warn people of the consequences of alcohol abuse. That’s why we have featured many drug and alcohol rehabilitation facilities on this site and will continue to do so in the future.

But while there are many great programs available, I would like to point one out in particular since they do the great job of dealing with addictions among teenagers. This difficult task has been taken on by Teen Rehab ECHO MALIBU who target each teen’s case individually finding the proper care method to best suite each patient.

Where are all the Customers?

I see it happen all the time. People get the “online bug” and figure they will make a ton of money by setting up a website for their business. They then go about building the site, in many cases spending a lot of time and money in its content and appearance. But then comes the stage when the site is ready and its new, proud owner begins to wonder why no body is visiting the site.

Well, duh? Nobody knows about it! The only effective way to get traffic for your site today is by Search Engine Advertising. You must reach a point where you rank highly for keywords relevant to your website in order to generate traffic to your site. The process of optimizing your site to rank well in search engines is known as Search Engine Optimization and there are many Search Engine Optimization Specialist services you can hire to help you with it. A good option to consider is Daily Server. They provide professional Search Engine Optimization Services to all kinds of websites and guarantee top ten results in the major search engines.

Two Years for EPay

One of the web’s most popular online payment systems is celebrating two years online. I just a short period even in internet terms EPay has established itself as a leader in online payments and money transfers. The success of the company is mainly attributed to the wide range of payment method they support allowing customers to send and receive money from anywhere in the world.

Customers can even send money to countries that aren’t supported by most online payment companies by using providing the recipient with a debit card linked to the account. This way the recipient needs only to go to any ATM to withdraw the money allocated to that card.

Hot Tub Covers

There’s nothing like sitting in a hot tub after a long work day to unwind and relax. And let me tell you this, if you purchased your hot tub during the spring or summer and think you won’t use it as much in the winter – you don’t know what you’re in store for. Sitting in a hot tub while outside is freezing cold and sometimes even having snowflakes evaporate off the water is one of the best sensations in the world.

But you spent so much money on your spa and quite often the cover that you initially got with your hot tub just doesn’t do its job properly. It either wares out easily or doesn’t properly insulate and keep in the heat. Let me make a suggestion – try going to hottubworks.com and look over their hot tub cover features and you will understand why it is known that you get the Best Spa Covers from HotTubWorks. Not only do they make a great product they also take the guesswork out of ordering a spa cover and explain how to order the perfect fit for your hot tub.

Changing the Equation

In many cases when you need some sort of service provider you don’t always have access to the best or cheapest one, rather you end up reaching the one who advertised the most or who managed to get their ad in front of you. But when it comes to hiring movers, topmovingcompanies.com have changed this equation by allowing any sized company compete for your business by allowing you to enter the work you need done in their online quote system.

Psychology of Money

When it comes to money and loans people often don't act rationally. You see the fact is that taking out a new loan and living with an existing loan is actually pretty much the same. This means that just as you would go about and do as much research as you can in order to find the best rate before applying to mortgage loans and even smaller loans you should make the same effort to try and refinance your existing loan if it will save you money. But people tend to rather stick with what they have and not open any closed boxes. In my opinion this is foolish since sometimes people can spend so much effort trying to get a better rate initially when they could save much more with much less effort by refinancing at a later date.

What's Up with The New York Times

What’s happening with the New York Times lately? They seem to have forgotten their journalistic duty is to provide a story and not use their paper as a platform for personal attacks. In a story published on Aug 22 by Saul Hansell, the author chose to use a current event (a planned IPO) as a platform for bashing one of the company’s owners for a previous crime. This had nothing to do with the main topic of the article, yet it seemed to have taken center stage in what could only indicate a personal vendetta. The party on the receiving end, Armand Rousso has issued his own response to this article providing many inaccuracies as well as his well written point on how the author is basically taking a stance which does not give a person who committed a crime in the past a second chance. You can read the complete

Nothing I Can Do? Don't Buy It!

A few weeks ago I received my car insurance renewal form and was quite shocked to see the new rate they wanted. I right away called my insurance agent who also happens to be a friend of the family and he told me that the rates went up across the board and that “there’s nothing he could do”. At first I figured I’ll just accept it but then out of curiosity I checked for a rate online at a site that provides all types of insurance quotes including car insurance, life insurancen and home insurance. Sure enough the rate on the site was 20% lower than what my agent offered me. I called him back and he said he would look into it. No more than fifteen minutes later he called me back and matched the quote. My only question is what changed from “there’s nothing I could do” to matching the quote?
