What’s happening with the New York Times lately? They seem to have forgotten their journalistic duty is to provide a story and not use their paper as a platform for personal attacks. In a story published on Aug 22 by Saul Hansell, the author chose to use a current event (a planned IPO) as a platform for bashing one of the company’s owners for a previous crime. This had nothing to do with the main topic of the article, yet it seemed to have taken center stage in what could only indicate a personal vendetta.
