We all know that gas stoves present a risk of leaking, and starting a fire and so on. But, with all due respect, electric stoves are far inferior to gas stoves. It takes twice as long to heat up, and you never know how hot the element really is. Maybe it’s old fashioned, but I’d choose a gas stove over an electric one any day of the week!
Even though they look nicer and all, gas stoves are much more efficient, and at the end of the day what do you prefer, a nice stove to look at, or getting your eggs fried in a minute instead of ten?
