Technology is advancing so fast that a new device is very quickly replaced by an even newer one. This leaves people and the world in general with many “extinct” and useless devices. An average person in the western world gets a new cell phone every year and half to two years leaving many unused devices lying around. There are placers, however, that recycles such devices, so that they don’t just sit around and litter our planet.
