When most people decide on a cell phone, they decide based on what they see on the outside. That is how they generally recognize the different types of cell phones. What a phone is capable of doing has nothing to do with what it looks like. The software inside is what matters. Whether it is a Symbian, a Sony Ericson or a Samsung is what matters.
