The cell phone has gone through so many changes over the past decade and continues to do so. The latest major change is the switch from the cell phone system to the Symbian operating system. This system, although intended to make cell phone use more efficient, has much room for improvement. The programs and applications are complex, making it difficult for the average consumer to set up his phone and be able to use it properly.
