Most of the western world has entered the cell phone era long ago. Now, consumers busy themselves with which model and brand to choose. It is no longer a question of whether or not one has a cell phone because most people have at least one. Even elementary students carry cell phones around with them. However, in Cuba, people were not allowed to have cell phones, unless they worked for foreign firms. Now, finally, citizens are allowed to have cell phones.
